Massage and Studio Policies

These policies were adopted to ensure that your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience, as well as respecting the therapists time, and the efforts of the massage studio.

 

I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as family and medical issues, flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment.

 

 In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

 

In order to optimize your experience here, I ask that you please leave your pets ( unless it's a guide dog) and children at home. If something arises that would prevent you from adhering to this policy, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

 

ARRIVAL TO THE STUDIO
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

 

 

SCHEDULING/REBOOKING POLICY

This policy only pertains to clients choosing to not purchase packages or memberships.

If you book your next appointment before you leave the studio, you'll recieve that massage for $65.  Should you need to cancel/reschedule that appointment, the rate of your next massage will go to $75.

At that time, you have the opportunity to book your next appoitment for the discounted rate of $65.  It's a great way to ensure you recieve a massage, without the complete commitment of a package or membership.  If you have ANY questions about this policy, please call 860-378-5733, or email jennifercalvolmt@gmail.com

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For clients who purchase Groupons, gift certificates, packages, or members. (pre-paid sessions)

A 24-hour cancellation is needed to reschedule your appointment.  If there is a no call/no show, or less than a 24-hour notice, you forfeit the massage hour. 

For clients who have not pre paid for a session.

A 24-hour cancellation is needed to reschedule your appointment.  If there is a no call/no show, or less than a 24-hour notice, you must pay full price for the service before booking your next appointment.

 

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to other clients, appointments will be automatically cancelled 20 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy.  I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

 

 

PACKAGE POLICY

Packages are to be used 12 months from date of purchase. 

 

 

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.  The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
